Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

• "Platform" means the website myonlinetest.in and all associated services.
• "Content" means test series, quizzes, questions, study material, and any material made available on the Platform.
• "Subscription" means a paid or free access plan to a course, unit, or topic.
• "User Account" means an account created via Google Sign-In, mobile OTP, or other supported method.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Platform. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account Registration

• Accounts may be created via Google Sign-In or mobile number with OTP verification.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it.
• You agree to provide accurate registration information and to update it as needed.
• Guest access may be permitted for limited features (e.g., attempting a demo test) using a temporary guest token; guest sessions are not guaranteed to persist and may not retain saved progress permanently.

4. Courses, Subscriptions, and Payments

• The Platform offers free and paid content, organized by course, subject, unit, and topic. Some content may be purchasable individually, such as a single unit from a different course bundled with a course subscription.
• Prices for courses, units, and topics are as displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase and may change without prior notice for future purchases.
• Payments are processed through Razorpay or other third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank credentials; payment data is handled by the payment processor per their own terms and privacy policy.
• A subscription is valid only for the duration and scope (course, unit, or topic) specified at the time of purchase and will expire automatically thereafter.
• All purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided except where required by applicable law.
• It is your responsibility to verify the correct course, unit, or topic and validity period before completing payment.

5. Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or subscription access with others.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access tests, scrape content, or manipulate scores or timers.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, or resell any test content, questions, or study material.
• Interfere with the Platform's servers, exam timers, or answer-submission systems.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, including revoking access to paid subscriptions without refund, where such violation is established.

6. Exams and Test Integrity

• Test and exam sessions, including timers, answers, and progress, are recorded and stored on our servers for evaluation and record-keeping purposes.
• We are not responsible for loss of progress due to internet interruptions, browser closures, or device issues during a test, though reasonable efforts, such as autosaving answers, are made to minimize such loss.
• Results, scores, and rankings generated by the Platform are for practice and self-assessment purposes only, unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific test series.
• We reserve the right to invalidate results found to involve malpractice, cheating, or misuse of the system.

7. Intellectual Property

All questions, content, design, logos, and materials on the Platform are the property of MOT or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this Content without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform may use third-party services, including Google Sign-In for authentication, Razorpay for payments, and SMS gateways for OTP delivery. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and its Content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that test content is free of inaccuracies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including loss of data, exam progress, or subscription value.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms, without any obligation to refund active subscriptions where termination results from your violation.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal, India.
